John Pye Real Estate currently has offices at Hornsby and Thornleigh. It is an independent local family owned agency, serving people with Real Estate needs in Property Management and Property Sales from "The River to the Hills".
In 1991, John Pye Real Estate Pty Ltd was established in Hornsby trading under a national franchise name. The decision was made in 1997 to trade in the licensees own name. John Pye Real Estate then commenced at the beginning of 1998.
The Thornleigh office was established in 2005 by Bec Pye. The two offices operate as one professional service unit covering the following suburbs:
Hawkesbury River Villages, Cowan, Berowra and Berowra Heights, Mt Kuring-gai, Mount Colah, Asquith, Hornsby and Hornsby Heights, Waitara, Wahroonga and other Upper North Shore Suburbs, Normanhurst, Thornleigh, Westleigh, Pennant Hills, West Pennant Hills, Cherrybrook, Beecroft.
