Winner of Small Property Management Company of the Year Award

In early May it was announced that John Pye Real Estate were finalists for the Leading Property Management Association Awards in Innovation, Corporate Support (Bec Reid) and Small Property Management Company (<500 properties) of the Year.

Last week we were presented as the WINNERS of the Small Property Management Company (< 500 properties) of the Year Award at the Annual Conference Gala Awards.

This Association attracts membership of the leading agencies throughout Australia, New Zealand as well as some agencies in the USA. The Managing Director is Ben White, grandson of Ray White, the founder of Ray White. Bob (and his wife Dixie) Walters, formerly of McGrath’s, founded the LPMA organisation some 11 years ago. LPMA provides excellent resource material for training of our staff plus consultancy for Real Estate Agents in every aspect of Property Management.

In speaking with one of the judges on the day after the awards night, John was informed that we were way out in front of the other finalists; particularly in the way we market our properties and the continued improvement of processes and practices. In essence, we have been recognised as the best of the best!

Here’s a short note from John:

“I am personally humbled by our Team winning this important professional award, and to find that our name is at the top of the award for the next 12 years. We will not become complacent but will strive harder to improve every aspect of our Property Management service. We are committed to professionalism, trust, honesty and integrity. I am thankful that every member of our team holds these values.  We believe in unsurpassed care of your property to deliver to you, peace of mind, freedom and financial security.”
