We recently sold our home through John Pye Real Estate. Extremely happy with the results. Despite our home being quite some distance away from their office, John Pye Real Estate achieved a better result than we would have anticipated from more local agents.

Rachel took the time to clearly explain things every step of the way. When looking for an agent, there was absolutely no pressure, we were given the space to make up our own minds as to whether or not to engage John Pye.

The whole way through this journey, the team T John Pye acted with integrity. The sales techniques were transparent, we were encouraged to give more information (rather than withhold any) to potential buyers. Realistic price expectations were set (we ended up settling on a figure right around the middle of the range initially discussed).

Mary did a superb job, managing most of the open homes and doing more than I’m probably aware of behind the scenes.

Bec was easy to deal with, and stepped in whenever required (eg when Rachel or Mary were on leave, unavailable etc).

I felt like everyone at John Pye worked as a team, not competing against each other, but complementing each other, pooling their own skills and experience together to achieve an awesome result. John should be very proud of the team he has forged over the years.

After we moved out (so that the sale was of a vacant home), they looked after absolutely everything with subcontractors – new hot water system, landscaping, painting, styling, etc.

It has been a pleasure dealing with John Pye. Although I hope not to need to sell again any time soon, if I do, I will not hesitate to sell with them!

Property was sold within 2 weeks. The selling agent was actively involved with the selling process ensuring the settlement was on track.
