- Buyers feel like they’ve wasted their valuable time when the marketing of a property does not match reality.
- One of the strategies we’ve implemented is 360 degree Virtual Tours for our properties.
- The benefit is that it is actually quite a raw version of a walk-through tour and gives a true representation of reality.
USE AN HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL AGENT
- Buyers want to deal with honest agents, as do sellers.
- They will walk away from properties if the agent has treated them badly or have not told them the truth.
BE SENSIBLE ABOUT PRE-MARKET UPGRADES
- Stick with neutral colours on everything!
- Buyers don’t want to have to think about how many coats it’s going to take to paint over the brand new red gutters.
PRESENTATION IS KEY
- Buyers tell us that still today they are out visiting homes for sale that have not been presented well, or even cleaned! So put in the effort – it is worth it.
- Buyers take notice and you will attract a buyer who will love and appreciate your property as you have.
