Reporting for termination of residential tenancies to NSW Fair Trading

A common question we are getting from the market is how will NSW Fair Trading know if Landlords are being truthful in their termination of residential tenancies?
It’s through the reporting process of the Bond claims through the RBO (Rental Bonds Online). The RBO will be able to flag any property that comes back on the market and receives a new Bond lodgement.
